SHIPPING

All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for you.

PROCESSING TIME  
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.

SHIPPING TIME  
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

SHIPPING RATES  
We offer free shipping on orders over $60.  
Shipping costs for orders under $60 are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS  
We currently ship within the United States.

TRACKING  
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELAYS  
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number  
- A clear photo of the issue  

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size  
- Change of mind  
- Color preference or “not liking the color”  
- Buyer’s remorse  

Colors may vary slightly due to screen and monitor differences.
